A Not Soo Go0d Day....

Hello...Today is a day that dosen't look quite good to me....I was not in a good mood recently..including today.....maybe not enough sleep and to stress over some academic stuffs....Haiz....During recess....I had some fruits and a bun for my breakfast...My brothers all say i was taking the school as a slimming school...lol...I decide to adopt a healthy lifestyle from now....It was good to keep fit as obesity can cause lots of problems....I am not promoting for F&N k?Dun get it wrong...lol...haha...During NP...we had muster parade...there is one cadet that yawn during the parade...Of cuz mr chan dosen't like it....WeiLun and I were compiling the songs together........After which,we had sing a long session with the girl guides....it was kinda disaster to me as not only the cadets dun wan sing and I even sang wrongly.......Maybe i am not yet reach the "Song Master" standard yet....I will pull up my socks and work harder.....It was quite disorganize as we didnt discuss with the girl guides.....Is was my job to discuss with them....Sorry abt the problems cause by me....Guides...So sorry abt the problems in the singing session.....If we are hainvg again..I promise to discuss with u all first....I heard that my shouting jus now was too loud...Sorry but I have to do it as the group was too big and the cadets wasnt listening..Hope you will understand....Any problems that need to share,can chat in msn or sms me if you wan....My email add is ng_chang_yao@hotmail.com and my number is 81984856....Thats all for today....ciao~~~~~~~~~
